Check-in starts from 14:00 and Check-out is until 12:00.
Gala Dinner policy :
Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24th December and New Year Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December
Cancellation policy and Terms of payment:
1. Non Refundable Policy:
– 100% advance payment is required at the time of reservation.
– No cancellation, No amendment and Non refundable
– No show and early departure charge full payment and non refundable

– Cancellation or Amendment is allowed 14-30 days (subject to season) prior to check-in date.

Room cancellation penalties
From 01 Nov 2025 – 19 Dec 2025 & 11 Jan 2026 – 31 Mar 2026
If guests cancel less than 21 days before check-in, the hotel will charge full payment and non refundable.
From 20 Dec 2025 – 10 Jan 2026
If guests cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the hotel will charge full payment and non refundable.
From 01 Apr 2026 – 31 Oct 2026
If guests cancel less than 14 days before check-in, the hotel will charge full payment and non refundable.
Extra person charge policy:
– Child 0-3 years: Free of charge when sharing existing bed
– Child 4-11 years: Additonal charge THB 1,200 per person per night including sofa bed and breakfast
– Child 12 years up considered as adult: Additional charge THB 1,800 per person per night including sofa bed and breakfast
– The rates on hotel website based on 2 persons for all room types except Pool Villa 2 Bedrooms based on 4 persons (maximim 1 extra person per room should be paid the above extra person charge policy).
Age Restriction:
– No age restriction for check-in.
Pets:
– Pets are not permitted.
